Rafael Nadal’s former coach and uncle, Tony, believes that his son’s recovery is going well, that the therapy is working. He believes that Rafael will be one of the favorites at the upcoming Wimbledon, although the main favorite is still Novak Djokovic.
After winning Roland Garros, the Spanish tennis player dedicated himself to treating his feet, in order to be ready for the prestigious tournament.
“Rafa is fine, the treatment works. He is quite happy and we are all convinced that things are going well. I think he will be one of the favorites, even if the main favorite is still Djokovic, but you have to watch out for Beretini and Hurkac. “If Rafa is lucky to pass the first week, he will be competitive in the second,” said 61-year-old Nadal.
Rafael Nadal has been in London for a week now, where he is preparing to participate in Wimbledon in peace and quiet on the grass.
